Occur \Oc*cur"\, v. i. [imp. & p. p. {Occurred}; p. pr & vb n.
{Occurring}.] [L. occurrere occursum ob (see {Ob-}) +
currere to run. See {Course}.]
1. To meet to clash. [Obs.]
The resistance of the bodies they occur with
